With a strong pipeline of work secured across Northern Ireland and GB, this is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and progressive contractor.Your new role As Mechanical Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of mechanical packages on a variety of projects, primarily based in Northern Ireland. Key responsibilities include:Managing mechanical works from pre-construction through to handoverCoordinating with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliersMonitoring project progress, costs, programmes and quality standardsEnsuring compliance with health and safety regulationsAttending site meetings and liaising with clients and consultantsSupporting procurement and programme planningProviding technical input and resolving on-site issuesReporting regularly to senior management on project performanceWhat you''ll need to succeed Proven experience in mechanical contracts management or project management Experience managing mechanical building services projects from pre-construction through to completion Strong ..... full job details .....
