Mechanical Contracts Manager

Role Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to oversee multiple residential and commercial projects across the North West and Liverpool region. This is a standout opportunity not only to take ownership of key projects from pre-construction through to handover, but also to step into a long-term leadership position with the potential to lead the Mechanical Division within the business as it continues to grow.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Managing projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover
• Leading site teams and coordinating subcontractors across multiple projects
• Overseeing programme, cost control, and quality standards
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and consultants
• Driving performance across projects and supporting wider business growth
• Playing a key role in shaping and developing the Mechanical Division

Skills and Qualifications Required

• Proven experience in a Mechanical Contracts Manager role or similar
• Strong background in residential and apartment projects
• Commercially aware with the ability to successfully run multiple projects
• Strong leadership, organisational, and decision-making skills
• Confident in client-facing situations and stakeholder management
• Ambition to progress into a senior leadership role
