With a substantial pipeline of secured work and ambitious growth plans, they are now looking to strengthen their operational team with the appointment of a Mechanical Contracts Manager.Your new roleAs Mechanical Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple mechanical building services projects across Scotland, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.You will work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams, managing projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and final handover.Key responsibilities will include: Managing multiple mechanical building services projects across Scotland.
