A well-established and growing M&E contractor based in Halesowen-is looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their team.

Working across a diverse portfolio of commercial, healthcare, education, and residential projects, this is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of multi-million-pound developments from pre-construction through to completion.

The Role

• Managing multiple mechanical projects simultaneously
• Overseeing projects from design through to handover
• Managing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Monitoring health & safety and ensuring compliance
• Financial management including cost control and reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager
• Strong background in delivering commercial or mixed-sector M&E projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong commercial awareness
