They''re looking to hire an experienced Mechanical Contract Manager who will oversee multiple residential and commercial schemes across the North West.-

You will be able to take ownership of projects and play a key role from pre-con through to handover.-

Requirements:-

• Strong background working on residential / apartment projects-
• Leading site labour and sub contractors-
• Proven experience in a similar position
• Commercially aware-
