Due to continued growth and a strong order book, they are looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through to final handover. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple mechanical building services projects simultaneously. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget. Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers. Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and project stakeholders.
