Mechanical Contract Manager

The purpose of the role is to;

• Be responsible for-delivering a variety of project work on our customer sites.
• Have full accountability and responsibility for managing and delivery of project works.
• End-to-end contract delivery
• Production of pre-construction information
• Health & Safety management and compliance
• Subcontractor selection and management
• Technical submissions
• Programme development and coordination
• Progress reporting to senior management
• Line management of a Site Manager

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Mechanical Contract Manager (or similar) role
• Strong understanding of M&E projects
• Experience working for a principal contractor
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
