Mechanical Contract Manager

Mechanical Contract Manager - I currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Mechanical Contract Manager to join a small expert team in Bedford, specialising in delivering refurbishment projects ranging from -10k500k in value across both mechanical and electrical.

As a Mechanical Contract Manager you''ll be responsible for managing both directly employed engineers alongside specialist subcontractors across a variety of projects within the commercial sector, mainly including public schools, private schools, NHS properties and care homes. The starting basic salary is -50-60k + a company car allowance of -4500 per annum or a company van.

Specifically I''m looking for a Mechanical Contract Manager with a background in heating and plumbing, gas/ac/ventilation qualifications are advantageous but not essential. Projects are located within 50 miles of Bedford and mainly include Beds, Herts and Bucks. The position is mainly office based 4 days per week with 1 day out visiting projects.

Standard working hours are Monday to Friday 07:30am - 5pm, you must have an SMSTS and formal plumbing qualification. Further relevant training will be provided.
