Mechanical Contract Engineer / Contract Manager - Join a Leading HVAC Engineering Business seeking further mechanical building services support across the M4 corridor, with hubs in Cardiff, Bristol and London.An established and growing HVAC engineering company is looking for a skilled Mechanical Contract Engineer / Manager to join their team. The business specialises in the design, installation, and maintenance of complex mechanical systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and environmental controls, delivering high-quality projects across commercial, healthcare, and hospitality sectors.Responsibilities

Project Management: Take ownership of mechanical projects from planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering a collaborative, efficient, and safety-conscious working environment.Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, technical advice, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Health and Safety: Ensure all work complies with current regulations and company standards, maintaining a strong focus on safe working practices.Technical Oversight: Provide hands-on engineering guidance, resolve technical challenges, and optimise project outcomes.What We''re Looking For
