Mechanical Construction Manager - Central London 60/70k + Travel + Bonus + HealthcareWe''re representing a well-established, privately owned MandE contractor with a turnover of circa 100m, delivering technically complex projects across the commercial fit-out and design and build sectors. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to appoint a Mechanical Construction Manager to support delivery on high-profile Central London projects.The RoleReporting into the Project Manager/Project Director, you will take responsibility for the mechanical package on-site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard of quality. Projects are typically commercial fit-out schemes with MandE values up to 20m.Key responsibilities include:Supervising and coordinating all mechanical site activitiesManaging subcontractors and direct labour on a day-to-day basisEnsuring works are delivered in line with programme and project milestonesDriving health and safety compliance across site (RAMS, permits, etc.)Working closely with design and commercial teams to resolve technical and coordination issuesMonitoring quality of installation and ensuring compliance with specificationsSupporting commissioning and handover processesThe CandidateWe''re looking for a hands-on Mechanical Construction Manager with strong site leadership experience within the MandE sector.Requirements:Relevant Mechanical qualification (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent)SSSTS or SMSTS ..... full job details .....
