The project involves a substantial £34 million M&E package and is scheduled to run through to late 2028, offering long-term stability and the opportunity to work on a significant construction scheme. The contractor's preference is to recruit on a permanent basis, with a salary of up to £75,000 per annum depending on experience. However, experienced freelance candidates will also be considered, with day rates negotiable.
