This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a high-profile, large-scale development, working alongside an established project team to deliver complex mechanical building services installations to the highest standards. The successful candidate must have proven experience working on large-scale commercial developments, with a strong track record of managing mechanical installations on complex construction projects. This is a freelance position with a minimum commitment of 6 months, with the potential for further work depending on project requirements and progress. Day rates are negotiable and will be dependent on experience. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all mechanical building services installations throughout the construction programme. Coordinate mechanical subcontractors, site teams and specialist suppliers to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
