Mechanical Construction Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to join a major commercial construction project in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced mechanical professional to take responsibility for the delivery, coordination and installation of mechanical building services on a large-scale commercial project. The Role As Mechanical Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing the mechanical construction works from installation through to completion, ensuring that the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with the Project Manager, Site Management Team, subcontractors, engineers and client representatives to ensure the successful delivery of the mechanical services package. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all mechanical installation activities on site. Oversee mechanical subcontractors and specialist contractors. Ensure works are delivered in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements. Coordinate mechanical works with electrical, structural and architectural packages. Manage site progress, productivity and programme requirements. Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates. Monitor quality of installation and ensure works meet relevant standards and specifications. Review drawings, RAMS, technical documentation and installation details.
