The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all mechanical installation works on site, ensuring delivery in line with project specifications, programme, quality standards, and health and safety requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical building services within commercial construction, proven experience managing site teams and subcontractors, and the ability to drive mechanical packages through to successful completion. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all mechanical installation works on site, including HVAC, ventilation, heating, chilled water, domestic water services, and associated mechanical systems.
