My client is a leading, award winning MandE contractor that specilise in delivering projects projects across central London. My clients are currently recruiting a Mechanical Construction Manager to work on Commercail project in Central London. Mechanical Construction Manager Responsibilities: Manage daily Health and Safety on site including RAMS and Safe Systems of Work. Identify and resolve daily risks and challenges on site. Manage works in accordance with quality requirements. Effectively manage team performance and subcontractors on the project by ensuring they have clear roles and responsibilities. Attendance and input at progress team meetings. Assist with commissioning and a smooth handover Identify and resolve engineering and coordination issues To take lead in managing several sub-contract packages from install through to commissioning. Communication with Main Contractors/Clients ensuring all aspects of the contract are running correctly in line with the design. Attend project meetings both internally and with the Main Contractor/Client. QA procedures are being followed. Assist with the Regular Progress reports and ensure they are being completed and issued to Main contractors. Health and Safety requirements are being adhered to on site.
