Mechanical Construction Manager Location: HertfordshireSalary: £80k - £90kJob Type: Permanent, Full-Time We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to join a leading MEP contractor delivering major, technically complex construction projects across Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically biased construction professional to take a leading role in the on-site delivery of large-scale mechanical building services packages. You will work closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team to ensure works are completed safely, to the required quality standards and in line with the agreed programme. The role will involve managing mechanical installation activities across major commercial and technically demanding developments. The Role As Mechanical Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of mechanical building services works on site. Key responsibilities will include: Managing and coordinating mechanical installation works on site Leading Mechanical Supervisors, Site Managers, Engineers and specialist subcontractors Planning and coordinating labour, materials, plant and equipment Monitoring progress against the project programme and managing key delivery milestones Reviewing mechanical drawings, specifications, installation information and construction sequencing Coordinating mechanical works with other MEP disciplines, the main contractor and wider project teams ..... full job details .....
