Key responsibilities will include: Managing and coordinating the delivery of mechanical installation works across the project. Providing leadership to mechanical site teams, supervisors, engineers and specialist subcontractors. Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, RAMS and project requirements. Planning and coordinating mechanical works to meet programme and key project milestones. Working closely with the Project Manager and wider construction team to ensure effective coordination of M&E activities. Managing mechanical subcontractors and supply chain partners, ensuring performance, productivity and quality requirements are achieved. Reviewing construction methodologies, programmes, RAMS and technical documentation. Monitoring progress and reporting against programme requirements.
