Mechanical Construction Manager

As Mechanical Construction Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of mechanical construction activities across the project. Key responsibilities will include: Managing and coordinating the delivery of mechanical installation works across the project. Providing leadership to mechanical site teams, supervisors, engineers and specialist subcontractors. Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, RAMS and project requirements. Planning and coordinating mechanical works to meet programme and key project milestones. Working closely with the Project Manager and wider construction team to ensure effective coordination of MandE activities. Managing mechanical subcontractors and supply chain partners, ensuring performance, productivity and quality requirements are achieved. Reviewing construction methodologies, programmes, RAMS and technical documentation. Monitoring progress and reporting against programme requirements. Coordinating with design teams to resolve technical queries, design changes and site issues. Ensuring mechanical installations are completed to the required quality standards and in accordance with project specifications. Working closely with the QA/QC team to ensure inspection and testing requirements are achieved. Supporting commissioning, testing, snagging and handover activities. Managing interfaces between mechanical systems, electrical services, civil works and other disciplines. ..... full job details .....
