With a specialism in large scale commercial office, residential and datacentres projects, experience in major projects in excess of £40M.As a result of investment their 2025 turnover is expected to be in the region of £100M.Role: Mechanical Construction Manager – London – Salary up to £85,000 (depending on experience) + Car Allowance + Travel Expenses + Pension + Healthcare + BonusThe project is an infrastructure upgrade for a development in Northampton inclusive of luxury lodges and amenity areas. MEP value £12millionRole/Responsibilities:Design Review (scope gaps / clashes)Short term programming.Health and Safety (RAMS).Technical Submissions.Preparation/issuing all RFI.Sub-contractor coordination.Management of commissioning stagesLiaising with client team, main contractor and sub-contractorsManagement of testing and isolation processProgress meetings with sub-contractors, professional teams and clientThe ideal candidate:Experience working in the commercial sector, specifically on plant rooms and risersExperience managing projects to a minimum of £2M within your own disciplineA minimum 5 years’ experience in a management roleIdeally the candidate will have subcontracted to main contractors such as Sir Robert McAlpine, ISg, Mace, Wates, etc.In return they offer:A healthy pipeline of workJoin a stable business who have an excellent staff attrition rate.A very competitive basic salary and packageOur client are keen to promote from within and this position is no exception, with opportunities to progress into a project management ..... full job details .....
