Mechanical Construction Manager Location: Central London Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 + Comprehensive PackageAbout the Role We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to join a leading contractor delivering high-quality commercial fit-out projects across Central London.This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically biased construction professional with a proven track record of managing complex MandE installations within fast-paced commercial environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of prestigious office fit-outs, CAT A and CAT B projects, workplace refurbishments, and high-end commercial developments, ensuring projects are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Working closely with Project Managers, Design Teams, Subcontractors, and Clients, you will take ownership of all mechanical construction activities from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.
