Avolon M&E are looking to appoint experienced Mechanical Construction Managers to support the next phase of a major HS2 infrastructure project.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading M&E contractor delivering nationally significant rail infrastructure works.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical construction activities on site
• Lead supervisors, subcontractors and direct labour
• Ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently
• Monitor programme, quality and productivity
• Coordinate commissioning and handover activities
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Mechanical Construction Manager
• Strong building services background
• Experience managing site teams on large-scale projects
• SMSTS and CSCS

Desirable

• Rail or infrastructure experience
• HS2, Crossrail or Network Rail project experience
• NEC project delivery experience
