Mechanical Building Services Project ManagerLocation: Kidlington, Oxfordshire.Reports To: Contracts DirectorEmployment Type: Full-TimeRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Mechanical Building Services Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of mechanical building services projects from pre-construction through to final handover. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple contracts, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.This role requires strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and associated plant), excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage client relationships and commercial performance.Key ResponsibilitiesContract and Project ManagementOversee multiple mechanical building services projects simultaneously.Manage contracts from award through to final account agreement.Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, specification, and budget.Identify and manage project risks and opportunities.Lead project review meetings and provide regular progress reports to senior management.Commercial ManagementMonitor project costs, variations, valuations, and final accounts.Work closely with Quantity Surveyors to maximise commercial performance.Negotiate subcontractor packages and manage supply chain performance.Ensure accurate forecasting and financial reporting.Technical OversightReview and approve ..... full job details .....
