Mechanical Building Services Engineer

Our client, a leading international engineering, and infrastructure consultancy, is seeking a Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join its Manchester-based team. Responsibilities of Mechanical Building Services Engineer: Design and specify mechanical building services systems from concept through to detailed design, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and public health systems Perform detailed engineering calculations using tools such as IES, Hevacomp, and MEPworx Prepare technical specifications, reports, and presentations to support project delivery Collaborate with BIM teams to develop coordinated models and drawings using Revit Participate in client and stakeholder meetings, contributing to technical discussions Undertake condition surveys, site inspections, and support commissioning activities Manage assigned tasks and deliver outputs to a high standard within agreed timelines and budgets Experience Required for Mechanical Building Services Engineer: Relevant experience in Mechanical Building Services Engineering with a focus on sustainable design Degree (or ..... full job details .....
