The Role
 

• As the Mechanical Building Services Engineer, you’ll:
• Maintain and ensure optimal performance of all M&E systems across the site.
• Carry out PPM tasks and respond proactively to building issues.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and compliance with safety standards.
• Utilise BMS for monitoring environmental conditions and ensure all systems meet operational standards.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with team members and clients to ensure a collaborative working environment.

 


You
 

• To be successful in the role of Mechanical Building Services Engineer, you’ll bring:
• Proven experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance within a facilities management context.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to fault-find effectively.
• A proactive approach to maintenance and safety compliance.
• Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and client interaction.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices in the workplace.
