Mechanical Building Maintenance Engineer

Position: Mechanical Building Maintenance EngineerType: PermanentBasic: circa 40,000Location: HarrogateWe are recruiting for a multi skilled maintenance engineer based in the Harrogate area covering the maintenance of a large scale estate. The role will involve general mechanical aspects of building maintenance including plant room, basic plumbing, HVAC and compliance etc.The role is a permanent position paying circa 40,000 basic.
