Key Responsibilities

As a Mechanical Associate Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the delivery of mechanical building services projects
• Providing technical oversight of HVAC design, calculations and specifications
• Managing and mentoring engineering teams and project resources
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting business development and work-winning activities
• Overseeing project delivery to meet programme, budget and quality targets
• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams across mechanical, electrical and structural disciplines
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practice
• Supporting the strategic growth of the business and engineering capability

Requirements

To be considered for this Mechanical Associate Director role, candidates should have:

• Proven experience working as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, Associate or Associate Director within building services
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical design principles
• Experience leading projects and engineering teams
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience
• Experience working within consultancy or multidisciplinary engineering environments
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills

Desirable:

• Chartered Engineer (CEng) status
• Experience delivering large-scale or complex building services projects
• Experience contributing to business development or team growth
