You will mainly assembling test rigs and performing test validation sequences to company and industry procedures, working as a pair with a test engineer. The role is 5 days per week on site in Hexham, 8.00 - 4.00 (potential early finish Friday at 2.00.) 37.5 hrs per week. You will need the following experience: - Substantial experience as a Mechanical Technician / Fitter (8-10 years ideally) Experience of working in a project based manufacturing / engineering environment Able to work to engineering drawings and client specifications Experience of working on bespoke equipment It would be beneficial but not essential to have Forklift and overhead crane (and slinging) tickets, trades such as welding etc not needed.
