Mechanical Assembly OperatorStourbridgeWe are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operator to join a busy and growing manufacturing company based in Lye. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with assembly or production experience who is looking for long-term work with the opportunity to secure a permanent position.Working as part of the Flexi Team, you will be responsible for assembling and manufacturing components to a high standard, following technical drawings and customer specifications.Working Hours Monday to Thursday: 7:00am 4:00pmFriday: 7:00am 1:00pm30-minute lunch breakEarly finish every Friday Key Responsibilities Mechanical assembly of components and productsUsing hand and power tools safely and effectivelyInspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are metPacking completed products ready for dispatchFollowing standard operating procedures and technical instructionsReporting tooling, equipment, or manufacturing issues to managementMaintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environmentSupporting other departments when required What We re Looking For Previous assembly or manufacturing experienceConfidence using hand and power toolsGood attention to detail and quality awarenessReliable, hardworking, and punctualAbility to work independently and use initiativeGood communication and time management skillsElectrical assembly experience is advantageous but not essential What s on Offer Competitive hourly payStable full-time hoursEarly finish ..... full job details .....
