The Person: Apprentice trained engineer (NVQ 3 or equivalent qualification minimum) Mechanical and Technical Flexibility Ability to work unsupervised Minimum of two years’ experience in the assembly and testing of OEM (original equipment manufacturer) machinery Combined education and on-the-job training within an engineering background. Hand skills, engineering measuring equipment, quality systems and procedures, Mechanical and technical skills, basic Lean principles. Must have worked to tight tolerances such as .5 microns and have at least 2 years of complex manufacturing assembly experience.  The Role: Assembly and testing of machinery & equipment to meet customer requirements.
