Mechanical Assemblers

Kinetic Recruitment are looking to recruit experienced Manufacturing / Mechanical Assemblers for one of our clients in Leicester. They are a multinational company and market leader in their field. As a Manufacturing Technician within the modules department which covers a wide range of areas the successful candidate will be cross trained duties will include the following; Assembling mechanical parts Carrying out duties within the production line as instructed by line manager. Adhering to the companies Health and Safety guidelines. Providing total cell commitment and support in the attainment of goals, with respect to safety, quality, cost, delivery, and compliance tasks. Working towards lean and continuous improvements in the area. Reviewing workload priorities with the line manager and acting on the guidance provided Assembling and fitting printed circuit boards (PCBs) onto mechanical components as part of team processes To be successful within the role as Assembly Technician you will be required to; Have good manual dexterity for assembling electro/mechanical components. Be able to read and understand Technical drawings and job-related manufacturing documentation. Be able to accurately maintain records and have clear, legible handwriting. Have good verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer skills. Be able to multitask and rotate across key processes.
