This is a workshop-based position building electro-mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies, working to drawings and detailed work instructions to produce high-quality engineered equipment. Key responsibilitiesBuild electro-mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies to specificationUse hand tools and power tools safely and accuratelyCarry out wiring tasks including cable routing, termination and loom workPerform crimping and soldering of connections to the required standardRead and follow engineering drawings, build instructions and checklistsComplete basic quality checks, report faults, and support rework where requiredMaintain good housekeeping and follow health and safety procedures at all times Required skills and experienceProven experience in electro-mechanical / electromechanical assembly (manufacturing environment)Confident with hand tools and power toolsPractical wiring experience including crimping and solderingAble to follow drawings/work instructions with strong attention to detail HRGO Recruitment offers permanent and temporary jobs across the UK.
