Mechanical Assembler

Holt Engineering are working with an aerospace company who are seeking a reliable and motivated Mechanical Assembler to join their team Based in Feltham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on mechanical experience who is looking to develop their skills within a supportive and professional working environment. This is a full time role working 6:30am - 6:30pm on a 4 days on 4 days off shift pattern. The Mechanical Assembler vacancy is paying 13.59 per hour.Key Responsibilities for the Mechanical Assembler: Construct, maintain, and test mechanical equipment, machinery, and componentsCarry out routine inspections, servicing, and basic repairsIdentify worn or damaged parts requiring replacementAssist in sourcing and ordering replacement components when requiredFollow technical instructions, procedures, and safety regulationsSupport the wider engineering team with day-to-day operational tasksMaintain accurate records of work completedRequirements for the Mechanical Assembler: Previous experience in a mechanical, manufacturing, maintenance, or engineering environment preferredGood understanding of mechanical tools, equipment, and workshop practicesAbility to follow instructions and work to established proceduresStrong attention to detail and commitment to health and safetyPositive attitude and willingness to learnTo be considered for the role you will need to have the right to work in the UK and be able to undertake a drugs test.
