Mechanical and Electrical Supervisor/ Foreman

Conrad Consulting are working with a lead MandE contractor who due to continued growth, are seeking experienced Mechanical and Electrical Supervisors/ Foremen to support a range of commercial and industrial projects across the Central Belt. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established team delivering high-quality MandE installations within a professional and safety-focused environment. Key Responsibilities of the MandE Supervisors/ Foreman: Oversee and carry out either mechanical or electrical installation works across commercial and industrial environments Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary MandE team Ensure all works are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance Supervise site activities and coordinate effectively with subcontractors and project teams Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and site stakeholders Ensure all site activities are delivered efficiently and in line with project requirements Requirements of the MandE Supervisors/ Foreman: Proven experience in a Mechanical or Electrical Foreman/Supervisory role Strong ability to lead and work effectively within a team environment Professional approach with excellent communication skills Ability to represent the organisation professionally at all times Valid trade certification/grade card relevant to your discipline and current industry standards Valid ECS/CSCS card SSSTS qualification desirable but not essential Benefits for the MandE ..... full job details .....
