Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance EngineerBristol£35,000 - £40,000 per annum + on call rota paymentFull-time PermanentOur client is looking for a proactive and hands-on Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their established manufacturing operation in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking for a varied role supporting both planned and reactive maintenance across a busy production environment.The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring everything is maintained to a high standard, minimising downtime and supporting continuous improvement across the site.Role and Responsibilities: Carry out planned preventative maintenance across machinery and site equipment Respond promptly to breakdowns and carry out effective fault finding and repairs Diagnose and repair both electrical and mechanical faults Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems Support continuous improvement and reliability projects to enhance performance Undertake occasional fabrication and welding tasks where required Ensure all maintenance work is completed in line with Health and Safety standardsSkills and Experience: Proven experience in a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer role Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding abilities Experience working with hydraulics and pneumatics Knowledge of control gear, PLCs and 3-phase power systems Understanding of preventative maintenance systems and reactive repairs Able to work calmly under pressure and ..... full job details .....
