Monday - Friday rotating mornings and afternoons/evenings. The Role As part of our Engineering team, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the performance and reliability of production equipment across the factory. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance activities. Respond quickly and professionally to equipment breakdowns. Diagnose, fault find, troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment to minimise downtime. Maintain high engineering standards to maximise factory efficiency and reliability. Conduct root cause analysis on equipment and process issues. Support and implement continuous improvement initiatives across safety, technology and processes. Assist specialist contractors with planned and reactive maintenance activities. Accurately record maintenance activities using the Shire CMMS system. Ensure all Health and Safety procedures and company standards are adhered to at all times. Work collaboratively to support the ..... full job details .....
