Mechanical and Electrical Engineer

My client is a reputable and leading FM organisation, with over twenty-five years of experience in the maintenance industry. They are looking for a MandE Engineer to join the MandE Division of their Property Services Department, providing a multi-skilled maintenance service, that will include Mechanical and Electrical, HVAC and Water Hygiene services. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional ready to take on more responsibility within a well-established Facilities Management FM company. In this role you will play a key part in managing maintenance operations for a prestigious high-profile site in West London while you will still have a hands-on approach to PPM Planned Preventative Maintenance and reactive maintenance. You will also take on leadership duties managing a team, overseeing performance metrics and ensuring contract compliance. Duties will include but not limited to: Lead and manage a team of engineers and contractors ensuring top-tier service delivery Support PPM and reactive maintenance when needed ensuring smooth efficient building operations (including emergency lighting testing and remedial, PAT testing, water sampling, plumbing and water treatment remedial, servicing, diagnosing and inspection of AC, HVAC and water systems,) Track KPIs and SLAs proactively addressing any service issues Enforcing and preparing Risk Assessments, Method Statements, RAMs and maintain full regulatory compliance Conduct regular audits and inspections ensuring ..... full job details .....
