Role Responsibilities: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across all M&E systems. Diagnose faults and restore critical services quickly and safely. Monitor and interpret Building Management Systems (BMS) to maintain optimal site performance. Supervise contractors and ensure all works comply with health & safety standards and permit-to-work processes.
