About the Role
The Mechanic / Fast Fit Technician role in Colchester offers a starting salary of £38,000 depending on experience, with bonus potential taking OTE to £40,000 per annum. This full-time, permanent position involves working Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 17:30, within a small, dedicated team at a reputable garage. The ideal candidate holds a Level 2 or 3 qualification in mechanics, possesses a professional and flexible attitude, and works well as part of a team. Key responsibilities include tyre fitting and general mechanical repairs. MOT testing experience is advantageous but not essential. EXPERIENCED MECHANIC
Looking for a level 2/3 qualified mechanic to join a small hard-working team.
The candidate will be hard working, professional and dedicated with a positive and flexible attitude to work.
MOT Test experience preferred but not essential.
This role is all about finding a team player with the right attitude to fit within a similar minded team.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30 -17.30; every other Saturday 8:30-12.00
License/Certification: Level 2/3 qualified mechanic
