Position: Mechanic
Location: Salisbury
Salary: Up to -40,000 per annum + Bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:30 (42.5 hours/week) + Saturday rota (paid)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled servicing, maintenance, and complex repairs across the full model range

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostics and fault finding using advanced diagnostic equipment

• Carry out disassembly/assembly procedures including transmission and engine repairs

• Assist in fitting additional systems and components as required

• Independently perform final inspections and function testing following repair work

• Support and guide junior technicians in extensive repair tasks

• Accurately complete and maintain service documentation and warranty processes

• Communicate directly with customers and service advisors when needed

What We''re Looking For

• Level 3 Certification in Automotive Vehicle Servicing & Repair (or equivalent)

• At least 2 years of experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally within a main dealer environment

• Excellent attention to detail and high standards of workmanship

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• A full UK driving licence is essential
