The Role

As a Vehicle Preparation Technician, you''ll play a key role in ensuring vehicles are prepared to the highest standards before reaching customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Carrying out servicing, repairs and general vehicle maintenance
• Completing vehicle preparation work efficiently to dealership standards
• Conducting vehicle inspections and identifying additional work where required
• Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer and safety guidelines
• Accurately completing job cards and workshop documentation
• Working collaboratively to maintain workshop productivity and quality

About You

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair is essential
• Minimum 2 years'' experience as a Vehicle Preparation Technician / Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic / Automotive Technician / Car Mechanic
• MOT Tester (Class 4) Licence advantageous but not essential
• Must own your own tools and toolbox
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence required
• Right to work in the UK is essential - sponsorship is not available
• A positive team player with excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
