MUST have engineering qualifications.The RoleWe are working with an award-winning manufacturer that is looking for a Mechanical trained person to join its engineering team on a shift-based pattern.This is a hands-on, reactive maintenance role, where the main responsibility will be responding to breakdowns and getting production machinery back up and running as quickly and safely as possible.The role would suit a Mechanic, who enjoys fault finding, diagnosing problems and carrying out repairs in a busy manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond quickly to mechanical breakdowns across the manufacturing site.Diagnose faults and identify the root cause of machinery failures.Carry out reactive maintenance and repairs to minimise production downtime.Repair and replace mechanical components as required.Fault find on motors, gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, and other production equipment.Carry out basic adjustments and modifications to machinery where required.Maintain ..... full job details .....
