Measurement Room SpecialistSalary: 46,587.88, inclusive of 35% holiday bonusContract: PermanentHours: Flexibility required to work shift patterns aligned with business needsHoliday: 33 days per year, made up of 25 days'' holiday plus 8 bank holidaysAbout the RoleAn exciting opportunity has become available for a Measurement Room Specialist to join the plant Quality Department.In this role, you will work across both metrology and metallurgical laboratory environments, measuring internally manufactured and externally purchased components. You will play an important part in ensuring components meet the required quality standards and support the wider business as it continues its transformation towards becoming a world leader in electric vehicle powertrains.You will work closely with a range of teams, including engineering, production, maintenance and management, supporting projects and day-to-day quality activities within an advanced automotive manufacturing environment.What You''ll Be DoingYour key responsibilities will include:Measuring internal and externally purchased components using laboratory measurement equipment.Producing accurate inspection and measurement reports.Supporting quality investigations by providing measurement and technical support.Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure tasks are completed in line with business targets.Applying measurement principles and quality standards to support continuous improvement.What We''re Looking ForWe are looking ..... full job details .....
