Keeping a record of the stockpiles for materials going off-site. Measurement-of drainage works. Measurement-of subcontract works such as drainage, fencing and kerbing.- Need to identify, capture and forecast any variation-to the scope such as the soft spots or changes with CBR values.- Have an understanding of: Bills of Quantities standard methods-of measurement (CESMM4) Groundworks/earthworks/drainage take-offs- Scope:- Record the progress of works Liaise-with the commercial team to Provide quantities that will populate the monthly interim application- Provide quantities for certifying subbie payments Forecast the remaining works (BOQ quantities) Forecast remaining materials (if you want to pass that to someone) Identify if we are going to exceed BoQ allowances- Contract
