Measured Building Surveyor

Like uncovering the story hidden inside a building? Every building has a story to tell. Its walls, spaces, levels and details all reveal something and your job is to capture it accurately. At Lucion Survey, we re looking for an experienced Measured Building Surveyor to join our team based around Redhill. If you enjoy precision, problem-solving and turning real-world spaces into accurate data that helps bring projects to life, this could be the role for you. What You ll Be Doing You ll work across a variety of buildings and projects, capturing the detail that designers, clients and project teams rely on. You ll: Carry out accurate measured building surveys across commercial, residential and public-sector projects Use modern surveying equipment including laser scanners, total stations and GNSS/GPS Capture buildings of all shapes, sizes and complexities Process survey data into accurate floor plans, elevations, sections and as-built drawings Check, refine and quality-assure survey information before it reaches the client Work closely with clients, designers, project managers and the wider survey team Help ensure safety, quality and accuracy are maintained on every project From initial site visit to final deliverable, you ll play a key role in turning physical spaces into reliable information that projects can be built around.
