MandE Site Supervisor – Central London (E3) | £200 - £250 per day | Temporary (until April, with option to go permanent) | ASAP StartWe are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a £2.5m mechanical and electrical package across two multi-storey council flats in Central London.Our client specialises in delivering high-quality MandE packages across commercial, residential, healthcare, and fit-out projects. With a strong reputation for reliability and delivery, they are looking for a proactive Site Supervisor to support the smooth running of site operations on this project.Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities.Oversee subcontractors, ensuring works are carried out safely, on time, and to the required quality.Support the Site/Project Manager with progress reporting and client updates.Ensure health and safety compliance at all times.Monitor site productivity and assist in resolving day-to-day issues.About You

Previous experience as a Site Supervisor (ideally within MandE or residential projects).Good understanding of site processes and health and safety procedures.Strong organisational and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with site teams and subcontractors.Reliable, proactive, and able to manage workloads under pressure.What’s on Offer
