The role will predominantly focus on planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across commercial office buildings within Zones 1 and 2, with occasional travel to other locations across Zones 1–6. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in either mechanical or electrical building services maintenance, with preference given to engineers who possess experience across both disciplines. You will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance, responding to reactive maintenance requirements, diagnosing faults and ensuring building services operate safely, efficiently and reliably.
