Overview

MandE Supervisor – £51k – West London – Ealing and BrentfordA well respected FM company is recruiting an Electrically biased Supervisor to work at a University campus in West London. You will report into a Technical Services Manager and work alongside a mechanically biased Supervisor. You will manage a team of 8 multi-skilled engineers, carrying out reactive and planned maintenance across the University sites.Responsibilities

Manage engineers workload and generate PPM schedulesOversee subcontractors on siteCoordinate manpower and resource planning for reactive and planned maintenanceAct as a client-facing representative in a predominantly hands-off roleEnsure operations are delivered across Ealing and Brentford, with visits to additional sites as required (Oxford and Reading)Assist with varying travel options (shuttle bus and/or fleet car) to access other sitesSupport overtime arrangements, with overtime paid at time and a half and double time where applicableWork Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pmMaintain strong working relationships with the client; contract extended to Jan 2027 with expectation of further extensionAdditional Information
