Team: Responsible for an on-site team of approximately 10 engineers, supervisors, and support staff Reporting to: Operations Management The Role We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day management and successful delivery of a large, fully site-based facilities and maintenance contract in West Brompton, which is a large mixed use development with over 300 units. This is a hands-on management position, overseeing an on-site team of around 10 engineers and support staff , while acting as the key point of contact between the client, site team, contractors, and wider support functions.
