This role will focus on maintaining, supporting and enhancing the platform, ensuring it continues to meet operational and business requirements within a highly secure environment.Key responsibilitiesConfigure and maintain Maximo v9 modules in line with business requirements.Support day-to-day application operations within an Application Support function.Manage incidents, service requests and problem tickets in line with agreed SLAs.Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective functional configurations.Configure workflows, automation scripts, domains, escalations and user interface components.Complete impact assessments for change requests and system enhancements.Support releases, patches and upgrades, including testing and validation activities.Collaborate with technical teams, developers and third-party vendors where required.Maintain system ..... full job details .....
