About the Role:
An ambitious and inclusive secondary school in Buckingham is seeking an inspirational Maths Teacher to join their well-established department. You will be part of a dynamic team that promotes critical thinking, problem-solving, and confidence in mathematical skills for students from KS3 to KS4, with the opportunity to teach KS5.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons covering a wide range of topics including algebra, geometry, statistics, and calculus
Plan, prepare, and assess to meet the needs of all learners
Foster a love of mathematics and develop analytical and problem-solving skills
Track student progress and support their academic journey
Contribute to departmental planning and wider school initiatives
Requirements:
QTS and a degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related subject
Strong curriculum knowledge and effective classroom management
A commitment to helping all pupils achieve their full potential
